Your First Tandem Skydive Near San Francisco
A tandem skydive is one of the easiest ways for a first-time jumper to experience freefall. At Bay Area Skydiving in Byron, we welcome guests from San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Livermore, Pleasanton, Tracy and communities across the Bay Area. You'll be securely attached to one of our highly experienced tandem instructors throughout your entire jump.
After a brief training session, you'll board our aircraft and climb to 13,000 feet or higher, depending on the altitude option you book. Once you reach altitude, you'll exit the plane and experience an exhilarating freefall at speeds up to 120 mph, followed by a peaceful parachute ride back to earth.

What to Expect on Your First Tandem Skydive
Check-in & Training
Arrive at the dropzone and complete your waiver paperwork. You'll receive a comprehensive safety briefing covering body position, exit procedure, and landing techniques.
